Without exaggerating, this might be one of the best gelato shops you will go to in Romania. The flavours are on point and the texture of the gelatos and sorbet are textbook. In particular the chocolate and mango is sensational and both the strawberry and the lemon and basil sorbets pop. If you are in Sibiu, you need to go here. It was so good that after stopping here in the afternoon we returned in the evening for dessert. In talking to the server, she said she was worried that if she moved away from Sibiu, she may never find gelato this good. She might be right.

Kulpa Sweet Sensations offers delicious homemade ice cream, cakes, pralines, coffee and other drinks. The location is excellent, in the center of Sibiu. You can enjoy your order both outside, on a terrace or inside. The employees are kind and helpful. I visited Kulpa Sweet Sensations three times and can't wait to go there again!

The Gelato was SO GOOD we had to come here twice! The mango&chocolate one was deffinately a showstopper, but also the basil&lime one! Really worth it! The interior design of the space and its location are top notch!

Best ice cream in Romania? In Europe? Maybe! Fresh delicious flavors, just incredible. Skip the entire ice cream selection on the tourist street and come straight here, you won't regret it. We got ice cream twice a day!
